Welcome to my website! I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) trained in the art and science of life coaching using a holistic & balanced Whole Person approach which takes into account Mind, Body, Heart, Intuitive [your inner knowing] & Relational [our connections to others] systems and applies them in the coaching process.
My clients are typically between the ages of 20-50 from various walks of life who are ready to transform their lives, take action towards their goals, and make meaningful, significant changes with the consistent support and objective, compassionate encouragement, reflection and feedback of a trusted and qualified Certified Professional Life Coach.
Topics for coaching are numerous and uniquely individual; if you find yourself contemplating a particular unanswered question about your life and it involves goal-setting, it’s probably coachable!
As a Life Coach, I tend to view the topics my clients bring to me through a lens of Recovery (Al-Anon, ACOA, etc). It’s okay if you’re unfamiliar with Recovery; I believe that the Recovery framework as outlined in each program's 12 Steps, along with their respective slogans and literature, are often very applicable to the coaching process and, in particular, to the obstacles that may be preventing us from meeting our personal objectives.
Perhaps you’re in a Recovery program yourself, or you’ve moved through a significant life transition (i.e., loss of a job or parent); perhaps you’re grappling with the approach of mid-life and wondering what to do with the next half, or maybe you’ve just graduated from college and you’re trying to clarify your career next steps. Life Coaching can help solidify & clarify concrete next steps in all these - and other - life circumstances.
"Caitlin helped me build confidence in myself and to see that there was nothing standing in my way except myself. She taught me how to get out of my own way and see that I could do all the things I feared I couldn't - many of which we checked off together. I went from "I think I can" to "I DID!"
